In a world filled with pressure to succeed, trials and tribulations. We are constantly faced with difficulty’s. How we handle the battles that life brings is what makes the difference in being a victim or a victor.
So often when we go through trials and tribulations in life the first thing we want to do is give up. We sit and think I can’t do this, this is too hard for me to handle, its going to break me up in pieces. Can you see what is wrong with the way we think?
Jeremiah 1:3 “I know O Lord that the way of man is not in himself, that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps”
We are right when we say” I can’t” because on our own we can do nothing. The I is a capital letter but it will never stand above the G of God. In Jeremiah we see our way is not in our self. When life brings a war, we can’t stand alone in battle but we can go on our knees and pray to our Heavenly Father.
Exodus 14:14 “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
How we handle situations also has a big ripple effect on the world. The world is already very negative filled with heartache and anger. Millions of people giving up because they cannot bear the load any longer. When we as children of the most High God, also give up what image do we give the world, what do they see? We are Gods body on earth. “Seeing is believing” a very well-known worldly saying. We believe in a God we cannot see Physically but we can see Him in all that He has created. The sky’s are above us and the ground beneath… even the oceans portrays Gods awesome Majesty.
Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God he created him, male and female he created them”
We are created in Gods own image, what a wonderful awesome verse. We are Gods image on earth but what happens when we give up. The world sees that the children of the most high can’t stand and the little bit of Hope and belief they held onto is also taken away because they see how we are giving up and now they believe “I can’t”.
Let us not be warriors fighting a losing battle because we take on the war alone. We are warriors of the Most High King an army of Gods children who fight on their knees in every battle so that God can be exalted in every Victory.
Deuteronomy 31:8 –“ It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you, he will not leave you nor forsake you. Do not Fear or be dismayed”
